As a licensed Architect and General Contractor in Illinois and surrounding states, Warren has a breadth of architectural and construction experience in various occupant facilities including: residential single and multi-family, medical office and outpatient facilities, skilled nursing, independent living, supportive living, senior living, restaurant and food service, business office, religious, industrial, retail and mixed use. Warren has been involved in over three million square feet of development ranging from feasibility studies to design through construction in the Chicago metro area.
