Noel has over 10 years of management experience in commercial and residential real estate and operations. She served as the Leasing Director for Invitation Homes, a Blackstone portfolio company, where she led a large team of professionals and support staff in two states. Over the past four years, Noel has been an integral part of the operations team at Elmdale and held a variety of leadership roles.
