Menash Zadik has 20 years of experience in real estate brokerage, investments, management, operations, and dispositions. Prior to joining Elmdale Partners, he was in charge of building from the ground up for the Midwest operation for Invitation Homes, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he acted as Regional President. Between late 2012 and early 2015, Menash and his team were responsible for purchasing, rehabbing, leasing, and managing over 4,000 properties, with a portfolio value of more than $1Billion.
Earlier in his career, Menash founded and operated a full-service real estate firm for 15 years with offices in Chicago, South Florida, and San Diego focused on managing disposition for some of the nation’s largest lenders and asset management companies. The firm also served a host of international investment firms.
