Matt brings over 20 years of valuable Human Resources experience to Elmdale. The majority of this time was spent in retail at Bed Bath & Beyond where he supported 196 stores in 17 states as an HR Director. Matt has several years of experience dealing with large scale growth, talent acquisition, and employee relations. He is passionate about people, employee development and continuous improvement. Matt is a member of the leadership team at Elmdale and is responsible for management and oversight of Human Resource and compliance matters enterprise wide. He holds a Bachelor’s in General Business with an emphasis in Human Resources from Michigan State University.
