CHICAGO –Elmdale Partners co-founder, Thomas Bretz, has been selected to join the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business Graaskamp Center Board of Advisors.

The Graaskamp Center Board of Advisors is composed of alumni of the University of Wisconsin-Madison who are leaders in the real estate industry.  Board membership offers networking opportunities, access to the latest research conducted in real estate and related fields, the ability to guide the Graaskamp Center’s future endeavors, and instructional and mentorship building with current students enrolled at the university.

Bretz, who received both a Masters and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, is currently CEO of Elmdale Partners. Elmdale Partners is a platform of integrated real estate companies encompassing brokerage, lending, title, property management, development and technology. The businesses are located in four states with plans to add more in the near future. Since 2011, Bretz and his co-founder have grown Elmdale Partners reaching $50 million revenue and still building upon it.

“I am honored to become a member of such an illustrious group,” said Bretz. “The knowledge sharing alone will benefit the work I do daily, but I also look forward to mentoring the next generation and learning how they plan to shape the real estate landscape in the future.”
