Commercial Affiliated is pleased to announce the addition of Kristian Lee to their leadership team. He will be responsible for overseeing operations and assisting with growth and leadership for commercial agents working in regional offices south of Chicago.
Commercial Affiliated is a Chicago-based team of commercial real estate professionals representing buyers and providing services to landlords across the country. The company is one of the businesses under the Elmdale Partners’ umbrella. Elmdale Partners, established in 2010, is a real estate platform including real estate investments, multi-state brokerage, property management, commercial financing, development and a real estate tech accelerator. The company plans on adding another vice president to oversee Commercial Affiliated’s northern offices in the near future.
Lee began working in real estate in 2003. He specializes in advising landlords and businesses on their office and retail properties to reduce their real estate overhead, determine what is most efficient for their operations and lease up their properties to add value for sales transactions. Some of his clients have included The ICEE Company, Top Driver, Farmer Brother’s Coffee, Calibre Press, KBS and LaSalle. Currently Lee is also the CEO of the real estate tech company Commercial Connected, a web portal platform allowing business real estate decision makers to search for office, retail, industrial and land for sale or lease.
Lee has served two years as Chair of the commercial committee (also known as Commercial Alliance) of, Mainstreet Organization of Realtors®, Illinois’s largest real estate association and won the President’s Award in 2016. He personally recruited dozens of agents to join the commercial division of the association, encouraging its growth and viability. Lee is also a blogger on such sites as TheBrokerList.com and employs social media to better serve his clients’ needs.
