With hundreds of brokers all throughout the Midwest and Florida, C21A has a foothold in every market in the Midwest region, multiple REO accounts, commercial real estate clients, banks, institutional buyers and so on. C21A closes thousands of transactions each year. This expansive platform can be leveraged by Elmdale to source opportunities, evaluate them with real time information and sell Elmdale’s investments in the retail market.
